Flexi Payment Plan

The college offers a Flexi Payment Plan for students who do not have loans or scholarships. Students may pay fees at the start of every semester or have the fees split into smaller monthly installments (up to 36 installments).

Students may also apply for the following financial aids.

Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN)

PTPTN gives out study loans to students pursuing tertiary education in Malaysia. Students who register for a diploma programme with the College can apply for PTPTN loan.

Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK)

PTPK provides loans to individuals such as school leavers, graduates and others who are interested in pursuing Malaysian Skills Certification (SKM), Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) and Malaysian Advanced Skills Diploma (DLKM) at Public or Private Skills Training Providers accredited by DSD.

Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Education Withdrawal Scheme

Parents may withdraw from Account II to finance their children’s education (including step-children and legally adopted children). Funds withdrawn from EPF can be used to finance education expenses such as tutorial, practical training, lab, library and examination fees, as well as accommodation and flight tickets. Just visit or contact the nearest EPF office or the EPF Customer Service Department and quote your EPF membership number and the withdrawal scheme that you wish to apply for.

SOCSO Education Fund

Parents can inquire about and obtain the form for Permohonan Pinjaman Pendidikan PERKESO which is available at any SOCSO office.

Bank Study Loan

There are study loans provided by local banks. You may need to pledge some collaterals with the bank to secure the loans. For more information, kindly contact your banks.

Other Loans

There are 2 non-profit associations giving out interest free loans to our students whose parents meet certain financial criteria. Contact us for more information.
